A Body-Led Approach
to Living Your Human Design
for Highly Sensitive Overthinkers
Who Feel Stuck in Their Head

You’ve learned your design…
so why does it still feel so hard to trust yourself in your daily life?

You’ve read the books, listened to the podcasts and watched the videos. But when you’re faced with a choice — and even though something in you already knows— you still go into your head. You hesitate. And you still don’t act any differently.

So you outsource your authority.

This isn’t about doing Human Design right. It’s about noticing the exact moment you go against yourself — and staying with what your body is showing you, instead of immediately overriding it.

Most approaches give you more to think about. But thinking isn’t what’s going to break the pattern. Because knowing your design isn’t the same as living it.

And you don’t need more information. You need to recognise, in real time, when you override what your body is already showing you, and choose to stay with it.

That’s where things will shift.

Start with Your Living Body Map: a body-led way to experience your design in real life moments.

Hi, I’m Silvia - I work with Human Design through the body, helping self-aware overthinkers to start trusting what their bodies are already showing them.

Most of the people I work with already know what’s true for them.
They can feel it in their body.

But when it comes to acting on it, they second-guess it, talk themselves out of it, or wait for something outside of them to confirm it first.

I’m not interested in giving you more to think about. I’m here to help you stay with what your body is already showing you, so you can start responding to your life from there.

At the heart of a body-led approach
to Human Design are three core beliefs:

  • Human Design can offer us a map of our energetic patterns and how we tend to override our own truth.
But it can’t decide how we live.

When we learn to recognise our internal states, we stop chasing certainty externally
and start discerning what’s true within our own body.

  • Self-trust is not something we arrive to once. Rather, it’s a practice we return to, again and again.

When the body doesn’t feel safe, clarity often gets distorted by urgency, fear, or people-pleasing. Learning to recognise and work with our internal states restores access to the signals we’re meant to trust.

  • Our personal truth requires space to emerge. When we move at the speed of pressure or urgency, we tend to repeat the same conditioned reactions.

Slowing down creates the opening where awareness and sensation can emerge
and where self-trust begins to take root.

Two ways to start working with your design

Whether you’re trying to catch something in the moment or make sense of the bigger picture — there’s a way in.

The Friction Within

A space to explore the patterns that keep you stuck.

The Friction Within is for when something specific isn’t shifting — and you need help seeing what you can’t see
on your own.

Your Living Body Map

A self-led, body-led exploration of your full design.

Your Living Body Map helps you move from understanding your design to actually living it by helping you see how your design already shows up in your day-to-day life.
