A Body-Led Approach
to Living Your Human Design
for Highly Sensitive Overthinkers
& Deep Feelers
If you’ve ever thought,
“I know my design…
so why does this still feel
so hard?” — you’re not alone.
You’ve read the books, listened to the podcasts, watched the videos — and still, life feels just as uncertain and frustrating as before.
When nothing’s happening, the pressure to push or initiate can feel unbearable.
Trust me, I’ve been there.
And I know you might find yourself feeling like the system has failed you — when in reality, the challenge isn’t a lack of knowledge, but that what you know hasn’t yet become something you trust in real-life moments. Learning and reading about Human Design is not the same as living it.
But what if I told you that nothing has gone wrong — and this moment is simply asking for a different approach? How does your body respond to that idea?
That’s why Human Design approached through the body, nervous system awareness, and lived experience is intentionally slow. Instead of adding more information, we’re here to slow down and build your capacity to live what’s already known.
Hi, I’m Silvia - I work with Human Design through the body, supporting deep feelers and thinkers to trust themselves in real life.

If you’re here, you most likely understand your Human Design intellectually, but don’t yet trust yourself living it — especially when pressure, emotions, or expectations enter the room. I know because I’ve walked this path too.
But there is a slower, more practical way of relating to your Human Design — one that meets you in real life — and that’s through the body.
Curious to learn more about my story?
At the heart of a body-led approach
to Human Design are three core beliefs:
-
Human Design can offer us a map of our energetic patterns and how we tend to override our own truth.
But it can’t decide how we live. When we learn to recognise our internal states, we stop chasing certainty externally
and start discerning what’s true within our own body. -
Self-trust is not something we arrive to once. Rather, it’s a practice we return to, again and again.
When the body doesn’t feel safe, clarity often gets distorted by urgency, fear, or people-pleasing. Learning to recognise and work with our internal states restores access to the signals we’re meant to trust.
-
Our personal truth requires space to emerge. When we move at the speed of pressure or urgency, we tend to repeat the same conditioned reactions.
Slowing down creates the opening where awareness and sensation can emerge
and where self-trust begins to take root.
If you’re still here…
…there’s likely a part of you that already knows living your design isn’t about accumulating more information — it’s about relating to your design differently. And that’s where we begin.
Current Offerings
The Friction Within
An asynchronous body-led Human Design exploration of what’s really going on underneath the patterns and behaviours that keep you moving against yourself.
What’s often misunderstood about the not self is that we think the aim is to get rid of these parts of us. The Friction Within invites you to get to know them instead, cultivate awareness around these patterns, and see how the mind has been running your life.
It’s a space where your not self patterns and behaviours are reflected back to you, with clarity, gentleness and compassion, so that you can start to recognise where you’ve been working against yourself all along.
Your Living Body Map
A deeply personalised, body-led interpretive synthesis of your Human Design shaped by your real-life inquiry.
If learning about your Human Design has stopped feeling supportive — or you sense there’s more to it than simply reading about it — this map is for you.
I created this offering to help you move from mentally understanding your design to actually living it. This isn’t a typical reading or written report designed to explain your chart or add more information. It’s an intentionally slow and attuned process that meets you in your daily life.
There’s a story many of us tell ourselves when we feel stuck: “I need to figure this out. I need to make a plan. I need to take action.” Sound familiar?
We believe that gathering the right strategies and pushing harder will finally shift things. But what if change didn’t need to start with a plan? What if noticing subtle friction — that quiet niggle in your body — was actually the path forward?
